A-Z Database List review: Getting started and keeping the momentum

Libraries have multiple portals to access their electronic resources. At Queens College, the two are catalog, Ex-Libris’ Primo, and Springshare’s A-Z Database List. The most recent comprehensive review of List was conducted five years ago by previous resources librarian. As such, list had formats for displaying information lacked consistency. supporting overall layout not helpful users nor library staff. Users should be able search they want without getting bogged down unnecessary jargon, inconsistencies, fluff. It difficult get buy in a review. Librarians agreed that consistency would beneficial. Beyond there little consensus. Where do we start? How approach this?
